Our Story

Hello there

I have been truly lucky to have had the opportunity to build a business doing what I love (which is painting) and most of all I am blessed by gaining the absolute pleasure I receive in helping others to love it, too. From a young age I’ve been obsessed with furniture restoration, crafting and colour.

Seeing a gap in the market for affordable, locally produced specialty paints 8 years ago, I worked with a NZ family-run paint factory to create my very own range of decorative paint finishes. I leapt at the opportunity and have learnt so much from skilled professionals along the way.

For our latest challenge my daughter and I have teamed up to design & develop an all-new self sealing Furniture & Cabinetry paint Malibu Mineral Paint to complement our beautiful Newton's Decorative Paints range. We hope you love using this product as much as we do!
